Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original Atelier du Bracelet velvet pouch and protective boxing to ensure they remain secure during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
